1. Original Artwork

All artworks sold on this website are original, one-of-one creations by Franchesca Pak. No reproductions, duplicates, or editions of original paintings are created unless clearly stated.

2. Certificate of Authenticity

Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) verifying its originality.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until a purchase is completed.

4. Orders

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

5. Shipping

Each artwork is professionally packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each artwork is a one-of-one original, all sales are considered final.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Copyright

Copyright of all artwork remains with Franchesca Pak.

Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, published, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Product Images

Every effort is made to accurately represent each artwork.

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays, slight variations in color may occur.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during purchases is used solely for processing orders and providing customer service. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
